Sue Hensch is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Only members of NAR are bound by a strict code of ethics in their business practices and complete required continuing education in ethics and values. Sue is also a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR). CTAR members must be licensed in the state of South Carolina for real estate and complete continued education requirements annually. Sue holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. The ABR designation is only achieved after successfully completing continuing education course from NAR. Year after year, Sue continues to receive top performance awards from Prudential Carolina Real Estate. Sue is an active member of the East Cooper Top Producers Club. Her extensive sales and marketing experience contributes to her ability to customize an effective marketing strategy for each individual property. Her experience in contract negotiations continues to give her the edge in negotiating the most financially beneficial and concrete contracts in her business. Sue is a savvy business woman who always puts her clients first!Having relocated to the Charleston area herself in 1996, she specializes in local and relocation moves. She understands, first hand, the issues involved in moving a family. From schools, to doctors, to sports, to neighborhoods, Sue provides her client families with all the information they need to make a decision regarding their lifestyle which can grow with them in their lifetime. Sue and her family currently live in Dunes West, located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. She and her husband Tim have 4 children. Two attend Wando High School and two attend Clemson University. She is very involved with Wando High School, where she serves on the “School Improvement” board and volunteers in the Guidance Department. Sue and her family love Charleston and all it has to offer.
